Non-chill filtered, this single grain whiskey is aged in American Bourbon casks which results in sweet, toasted vanilla notes. It is then finished in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks adding hints of dark dried fruit and a slight nuttiness. Winner of Double Gold and Gold medals at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
