Green Spot is one of Ireland's most iconic Single Pot Still Irish Whiskeys and remains the original expression in the renowned Spot Whiskey family. Produced using a traditional mash bill of malted and unmalted barley and triple distilled in copper pot stills, Green Spot is matured in a combination of new bourbon casks, refill bourbon casks and sherry casks. This maturation creates a whiskey with remarkable freshness and complexity, combining orchard fruits, sweet spice, toasted wood and creamy vanilla notes. Smooth and approachable while retaining the distinctive character of Irish pot still whiskey, Green Spot continues a heritage dating back to the Mitchell family whiskey bonders of Dublin.
