NOSE – An immediate spring of fresh meadow grass and lifted tropical sweet notes come to the fore. Pine nuts, hints of melon and sultanas follow before subsiding to hints of lime marmalade fresh oak. Palate – Subtle butterscotch and a shortbread shroud lay upon the palate. While delicate, a warming soul of subtle earthy and woody undertones present. Finish – A soft and smooth expression with biscuit like nuances and hints of smouldering embers. This single malt mellows to a graceful finish.
