Tofka Toffee Vodka
Born in Courchevel 1850 in the French Alps. Tofka Toffee Vodka is one of the best kept secrets in Après Ski. Tofka not only seduces the taste buds it also stimulates the eye of its consumer.
U'Luvka is distilled in small batches, by craftsmen, from the finest Polish rye, wheat and barley.
It is fresh, clean and elegant on the nose, with distinct floral notes.
You will find it creamy and lightly buttery in character, with impressive sweet, savoury and spicy flavours, aniseed freshness and a long vibrant grain finish.
U'Luvka is both new and yet old at the same time. It has roots going back to the alchemists of the 17th century Polish Royal Court.
In those heady days, the tradition was to drink vodka from glasses without bases. This had one unfortunate side effect that the glasses could not be put down until the entire contents had been drunk.
Legend has it that the Court was almost permanently intoxicated and affairs of state were grinding to a halt. Sendivogius, the genius court alchemist, was begged by the King and Queen to distil a a spirit of such exceptional quality that the court could continue to drink all night and work all day. Sendivogius worked his magic and created a Royal elixir of rare quality. The court was saved, and just enough was never again too much.
Alchemy is all about transformation and this is the essence of U'Luvka. Working with Poland's finest modern alchemists, U'Luvka has been recreated the 'unfathomable spell' the result of which is yours to enjoy.
So propose a toast with U'Luvka that encapsulates the ancient and universal traditions and the three abiding principles of U'Luvka, 'To Friendship, Love and Pleasure.'
U'Luvka Vodka has won over 40 International Awards to date. Including Best Super Premium Vodka in the world over 5 times and best packaging over 6 times in the last 18 months.
Żubrówka Bison
Bison Grass has a long history in Poland and was once the drink of nobility. Using harvested Bison grass, the grass is dried then used to flavour the spirit with a single blade left in each bottle. As quite an aromatic Vodka, it is best enjoyed ice cold and neat.
Adelphi Whisky
The Adelphi Distillery was a Scotch whisky distillery, which was founded in 1826 in Glasgow and closed in 1907. The name was revived in 1993, for an independent bottler of Scotch whisky
Adelphi Distillery
The Adelphi Distillery was founded in 1826 by brothers Charles and David Gray. It was sited just south of the Victoria Bridge, at the edge of the Gorbals area of Glasgow. The distillery was operated by the Gray family until 1880, when it was acquired by Messrs A. Walker and Co, a company who already owned large distilleries in Limerick and Liverpool. The Walkers invested in the distillery and added a Coffey still with which to distil grain spirit. By 1886, there were four pot stills and the Coffey still in full production. The distillery had an output of 516,000 imperial gallons (2,350,000 l) of pure alcohol per year. The Adelphi distillery was purchased by Distillers Company (DCL) in 1902, and by 1907 distilling had been stopped completely. The buildings of the distillery were demolished between 1968 and 1970, and the chimney was dismantled in 1971.
Independent bottler
The great-grandson of one of the distillery's founders, Jamie Walker, established the modern day Adelphi independent bottler in 1993, selling the company to Keith Falconer and Donald Houston in 2004. Whiskies are selected by a nosing team chaired by whisky critic Charles MacLean. Adelphi has received numerous Malt Maniacs Awards.

Aberlour A'bunadh Cask Strength Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml)
A’bunadh (pronounced a-boon-arh), literally meaning 'the origin' in gaelic is a toast to the forefathers of today's whisky makers, and particularly James Fleming who founded the Aberlour distillery in 1879. It's produced in the tradition of 19th century single malts, an era when villagers would come to the distillery to collect their dram straight from the cask, often in apothecary bottles obtained from the village chemist - the inspiration for the a’bunadh bottle shape today.
There is no age statement on this malt. Instead it comprises Aberlours from less than 10 to more than 15 years vatted together, matured exclusively in Spanish oak Oloroso Sherry butts and bottled at cask strength.
Aberlour 10 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Matured in a combination of sherry and bourbon oak casks for a minimum of 10 years.
Aberlour 12 Year Old Double Cask

Atholl Brose Scotch Whisky Liqueur
Crowned ‘World’s Best Whisky Liqueur’ at the World Whisky Awards 2012.
Made from Gordon & MacPhail's award winning ancient recipe, using herbs and Benromach Speyside single malt Whisky, Atholl Brose has always been considered one the very best in its genre. Now it's official. David Urquhart, Joint Managing Director of Gordon & MacPhail, commented, “The World Whiskies Awards are one of the most high-profile and highly-regarded in the industry, so to have been presented with the title of ‘World’s Best Whisky Liqueur’ really is a fantastic achievement, particularly when you consider that we were judged by a panel of senior industry representatives from around the world.”
The legend behind Atholl Brose stems back to 1475, when the Earl of Atholl foiled a rebellion against the King by the Lord of the Isles, Iain MacDonald, by filling the well he drew water from with honey, oatmeal and whisky. The mixture was so enticing that MacDonald, rather than flee his pursuers, stayed to enjoy the concoction, giving the Earl time to catch him. To this day, the exact recipe that he found so beguiling remains unknown, but Gordon & MacPhail certainly bring its essence to life in this captivating liqueur.
THE BALVENIE DoubleWoodAGED 12 YEARS
The Balvenie DoubleWood is a 12 year old single malt which gains its distinctive character from being matured in two wood types. Over the period of maturation it is transferred from a traditional oak whisky cask to a first fill European oak sherry cask. Each stage lends different qualities to the resulting single malt ~ the traditional casks soften and add character, whilst the sherry wood brings depth and fullness of flavour.
THE BALVENIE Caribbean CaskAGED 14 YEARS
Caribbean Cask has been matured in traditional oak whisky casks for 14 years, and then ‘finished’ in casks that previously held Caribbean rum.
To create the ideal finish Malt Master David Stewart, filled American oak casks with his own blend of select West Indian rums.
When he judged the casks to be ready, the rum was replaced with the 14 year old spirit and the wood was put to work adding the final touches.
The result is an exceptional single malt whisky with the traditional smooth, honeyed character of The Balvenie, married with notes of toffee and a hint of fruit, with a warm, lingering finish.
THE BALVENIE Single Barrel Sherry CaskAGED 15 YEARS
The Balvenie Single Barrel Sherry Cask has been matured exclusively in a single European oak sherry butt for at least 15 years. The term ‘Single Barrel’ conveys the unique nature of the expression, which has been drawn from a single cask of a single distillation.
THE BALVENIE DoubleWoodAGED 17 YEARS
To craft DoubleWood 17 Year Old Malt Master David Stewart, who celebrated his 50th year at The Balvenie in 2012, returned to one of his most celebrated achievements – consecutive maturation in two different types of cask, a process often referred to as ‘cask finishing’. This technique is at the heart of The Balvenie DoubleWood – it sees the whisky matured first in American oak barrels, which impart soft sweet vanilla notes, before being transferred to European oak sherry casks, where the second cask ageing adds rich spicy flavours and a depth and fullness of flavour.
The DoubleWood 17 Year Old is an elder sibling to DoubleWood 12 Year Old and shares its honeyed, spicy characteristics, but it is distinctly different, with deeper vanilla notes, hints of green apple, creamy toffee and a striking richness and complexity.
THE BALVENIE PortWoodAGED 21 YEARS
To create The Balvenie PortWood Aged 21 Years, a marriage of rare Balvenie is transferred to port casks, or pipes, which have held fine port wines. Here it is sampled regularly by The Balvenie Malt Master to ensure that just the right amount of character is imparted by the port casks, enhancing and developing the single malt whilst preserving its original characteristics. In duty free The Balvenie PortWood Aged 21 Years is non chill-filtered and bottled at a higher strength of 47.6% abv.
THE BALVENIE Tun 1509 BATCH NO. 2
For Tun 1509 Batch No. 2, David Stewart selected 32 casks varying in volume, strength and age – 18 traditional American Oak Barrels, 5 American Oak Casks, 7 Sherry Butts and 2 Sherry Hogsheads. The whisky was filled into Tun 1509 and allowed to marry in Warehouse 24 for several months before bottling. The result is a unique expression of The Balvenie – a sweet and elegant single malt whisky with depth and maturity.
Hiram Walker, a successful grain merchant, founded what would become Canadian Club® in 1858. Our first distillery was established in Walkerville, Ontario because of the exceptional quality of the local grains there. In those early days, if you wanted whisky, you took your own jug or bottle to the local store and filled it from a generic barrel. We didn’t care for that idea.
Our whisky was different—smooth and easy to drink and we wanted people to know who made it. So we branded our barrels with our name on it, as a signature of confidence and assurance of quality.
Canadians soon took a liking to our whisky, and came to love it as one of their own. In America, it was considered special, because it was sold exclusively in the finer gentlemen’s clubs of the era. Soon, the whisky came to be known by the name “Club Whisky.”
It wasn’t long before Club Whisky began to cultivate popularity around the world. Eventually, its popularity began to affect the sale of American Bourbon in the United States. This forced the U.S. Government to require all Canadian distillers to put the country of origin on their label. And so Club Whisky became Canadian Club® and a legacy was launched.
Canadian Club’s success and longevity can be attributed not only to the style associated with it, but also the quality of the product inside the bottle. We have always prided ourselves on making a superior whisky accessible to everyone who wished to enjoy it.
This is what has allowed our easy-drinking auburn magic to endure the test of time, through trials of history and changing trends and tastes. Today’s Canadian Club® continues to be the choice of savvy drinkers who are looking for a refreshing alternative to beer, a classic cocktail, or simply a great tasting whisky served neat.

Fireball Cinnamon Flavoured Canadian Whisky Liqueur
"If you haven't tried Fireball Cinnamon Whisky yet, just imagine what it would be like to get a Chuck Norris roundhouse kick to the face if his legs were on fire and tasted like cinnamon. Like it, love it, shoot it-- your dad's whisky never tasted so smooth. What happens next is up to you... So goes the rather colourful introduction to this new arrival.
Rumor has it that the original Fireball Whisky recipe was forged sometime in the mid-1980s during the coldest winter Canada had ever seen, when a mixologist turned mad scientist accidentally created a permanent solution to frostbite. The concoction slowly and quietly made its way around North America for a few years, a sort of secret handshake between veteran bartenders.
Glen Grant distillery
Glen Grant is a distillery founded in 1840 in Rothes, Speyside, that produces single malt Scotch whisky. Previously owned by Chivas Brothers Ltd, best known for their Chivas Regal blended scotch whisky, Glen Grant was purchased by the Italian company Gruppo Campari in December 2005. It is the biggest selling single malt Scotch whisky in Italy.
History
Glen Grant was founded in 1840, by brothers John and James Grant, two former illegal distillers and smugglers who decided to take out a license. With the sea and port of Garmouth nearby, the River Spey at its feet and barley-growing plains nearby, all the basic ingredients of malt whisky were close at hand. This time the distillery was legal.
By 1872, the founders of Glen Grant Distillery had died. Young James ‘The Major’ Grant, born in 1847, had always taken a keen interest in the distillery and having inherited the business and the title ‘Glengrant’ from his uncle John Grant, he was to prove himself a worthy successor.
Glen Grant Distillery
Stories about ‘The Major’ abound. A legendary innovator, socialiser and traveller, he lived by his own rules and set his own standards. New ideas fascinated him and he wasn’t afraid to explore them. He was the first man in the Highlands to own a car. Glen Grant was the first distillery to have electric light. And he introduced the tall slender stills and purifiers which created the fresh malty flavour and clear colour that defines Glen Grant whisky to this day.
In 1931, Major Grant, the last Glengrant, died, survived by his three daughters and a distillery that had become one of the most famous in the world. Douglas MacKessack, his grandson, was to become his successor.
In 1972, the Glenlivet and Glen Grant Distilleries Ltd amalgamated with the blending concerns of Hill, Thomson and Co.Ltd and Longmorn Distilleries Ltd to become The Glenlivet Distillers Ltd. The original family interest in the distilleries was maintained, with two substantial outside shareholders: Courage Ltd, the brewing concern and Suntory Ltd, the Japanese distilling company.
In 2006, Campari acquired Glen Grant, its only whisky, when Allied Domecq was acquired by Pernod Ricard. To this day, Glen Grant continues to be one of the biggest selling single malts worldwide.
Grant's has long been known as a quality blender of fine Scotch and this, the original Grant's shows you why. Silky smooth with a smoky finish it will delight every level of Scotch drinker.

Elsewhere, as of mid-2014 it can still occasionally be found in retail channels. This variety is a blended malt, meaning it is made just from single-malts with no grain whisky added. Green Label uses predominantly four malts "drawn from the four corners of Scotland." Each of the malts (Talisker, Linkwood, Cragganmore, and Caol Ila) was selected by the blender for balance, with each malt whisky matured for a minimum of 15 years.
· Gold Label: an 80 proof (40% ABV) blend of over 15 single malts. It was derived from Alexander Walker II's blending notes for a whisky to commemorate Johnnie Walker's centenary. His original efforts were thwarted by a shortage of these malts following World War I. Gold Label is commonly bottled at 15 or 18 years. Gold Label has been replaced, without an age statement, as "Gold Label Reserve" as of 2013.
· Platinum Label: an 80 proof (40% ABV) private blend—aged 18 years to replace the original Gold Label in the Asian market, and sold alongside Gold Label Reserve. It is also available in Australia, Brazil, Canada, Poland, South Africa and Israel.

Bacardi Oakheart is labeled as a “smooth” spiced rum, and true to its name it’s a lot softer, smoother, and tamer than most of the other spiced rums we’ve tried. As with many of Bacardi’s rums, Oakheart feels like it was born with Coca-Cola in mind. It works fantastically in a Coke with just enough vanilla and spice to be noticeable but not too much to be overpowering. Oakheart is also exceptionally clean for 70 proof – you can stick your nose deep in the glass without any fumes, and there’s no burn or bite with this rum.
Bacardi Oakheart Spiced Rum falls neatly in line with Bacardi’s other products. While it’s a spiced rum, the spice is a role player to the other soft and slightly sweet flavors in the rum. For a Rum and Coke or Cuba Libre, we still prefer using Bacardi Gold, but for imbibers who want a hint of spice in their Coke, Oakheart does the trick nicely.
BacardiWhite Rum
The most famous white Rum in the world, Bacardi is sold in over 100 countries and used in countless cocktails. A light and clean spirit, Bacardi is filtered through charcoal for purity and aged in white oak for character.
Bundaberg Rum is a rum produced in Bundaberg, Australia. It is often referred to as "Bundy". The Bundaberg Distilling Company owns its own cola-producing facility, which supplies the cola for its ready-to-drink Bundaberg Rum and Cola products.
History
Bundaberg Rum originated because the local sugar mills had a problem with what to do with the waste molasses after the sugar was extracted (it was heavy, difficult to transport and the costs of converting it to stock feed were rarely worth the effort). Sugar men first began to think of the profits that could be made from distilling. The vital meeting was held at the Royal Hotel on 1 August 1885, W M C Hickson served as the chairman, and other notables in attendance included all the big sugar mill owners of that time, W G Farquhar, F L Nott, S McDougall, T Penny, S H Bravo and A H Young, all to become the first directors of the Company. They started with a capital of ₤5,000.
The Bundaberg Distilling Company began its operations in 1888.
Bundaberg rum was first produced in 1889, production ceased from 1907 to 1914 and from 1936 to 1939 after fires, the second of which caused rum from the factory to spill into the nearby Burnett River.
H T Christsen Pty Ltd operated their own Bundaberg Rum bottling plant in Bourbong Street, Bundaberg at the rear of their large grocery and hardware business in the centre of town. The spirit was sold at UP and OP strength from their business. Spokesperson for the original family, Mr Rod Patch, recalls the origins of the shape of the current "Bundy Bottle". It originated from the Bushells Coffee Chicory bottle that Bundaberg folks sold to his grandfather at the firm for one penny a bottle, after which they were washed and filled with the famous spirit. The shape remains the same but the capacity has been increased to the current 700ml. Patch's great grandfather, Hans Truval Christsen, a Danish immigrant from Copenhagen and his son Frederick Christsen had an employment policy of employing staff from the Salvation Army faith in the rum bottling process as they were less likely to be tempted to sample the spirit. The Christsen family supported settlement farming families through hard times and these good deeds were acknowledged with the naming of Christsen Park at Bargara Beach.
In 1961, the company introduced the polar bear as its unusual choice of mascot, to imply that the rum could ward off the coldest chill.
In 2000, the Bundaberg Rum company and distillery were sold to British company Diageo.
